In partnership with Breathworks, a free six-week Mindfulness Course at No. 93 Wellbeing Centre in Harpurhey. This course is specially designed to help individuals manage stress and physical health challenges through the power of mindfulness.
About the Course
Mindfulness techniques taught in this course can help you:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Improve focus and emotional resilience
- Build compassion towards yourself and others
- Live more peacefully with long-term health conditions
