North Manchester Community Partnership is pleased to present its Annual Report for the year 2019-20. This report encapsulates our endeavours, achievements, and financial performance, highlighting our unwavering commitment to enhancing community well-being and fostering sustainable development within North Manchester.
Key Achievements
Throughout the year, the partnership has successfully launched and sustained numerous initiatives aimed at community enrichment. These initiatives span across various sectors including education, health, social welfare, and environmental sustainability. Noteworthy accomplishments for this year include:
- We supported 1150 individuals in multiple areas, including advice and guidance, gaining essential digital skills, gaining essential qualifications, support with job search, and helping people enter into further training.
- We worked with partners to organise important community events, continuing the work in the Community Garden Project, as well as continuing our work with refugees and asylum seekers.
- Delivered a successful Digital Eagles drive with students from Manchester Metropolitan University and Barclays.
We were also selected again by the Good Things Foundation as an excellent example of good practice.
