North Manchester Community Partnership is proud to present its first Annual Report as a registered charity for the year 2018-19. This inaugural report outlines our foundational efforts, key achievements, and financial performance, reflecting our dedication to enhancing community well-being and fostering sustainable development within North Manchester.
Key Achievements
In our first year as a charity, the partnership has successfully initiated and supported various projects aimed at community enrichment. These efforts span across education, health, social welfare, and environmental sustainability. Noteworthy accomplishments for this year include:
- We supported 600 individuals in multiple areas, including advice and guidance, gaining essential digital skills, gaining essential qualifications, support with job search, and helping people enter into further training.
- We worked with partners to organise important community events, including British Science Week, establishing a Community Garden Project, working with refugees and asylum seekers, and women in homeless hostels.
We were also selected by Llouds Financial Services to pilot their Financial Inclusion Project, and we were selected by Good Things Foundation as an excellent example of good practice.
This report contains our financial accounts for the financial year ending 31st March 2019
