2023-2024 has been a year of resilience and growth for North Manchester Community Partnership (NMCP). Despite the challenges of the Cost-of-Living crisis, we secured over £184,000 in funding to expand our reach and deliver impactful services. Key milestones included securing a 4-year Reaching Communities Grant for the ACED-IT project in Moston.
